  • Provide requested documentation as needed (e.g., proof of need, child’s medical information, etc.)

We reserve the right to accept or decline applications based on eligibility criteria and organizational capacity.

3. Donations and Sponsorships

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless an error occurs during the transaction. Donors will receive confirmation of their contributions and may request a tax receipt. Sponsorships are subject to the terms outlined in specific sponsorship agreements.

4. Volunteer Terms

All volunteers must:

  • Submit a volunteer application and attend any required training

  • Agree to act with compassion, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Understand that volunteer positions are unpaid and not guaranteed

  • Respect families’ privacy and emotional boundaries

We reserve the right to dismiss volunteers who violate foundation values or these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, graphics, documents, videos, and digital materials produced by or for the Sincerely Sarai Foundation are the property of the foundation unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The foundation is not responsible for:

  • Delays in service due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Inaccurate information provided by users

  • Emotional, mental, or physical outcomes as a result of services or referrals
    We provide services with care, but they are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
